My colleague just asked me the same but for him the error message appears whenever he loads a new page in internet Explorer. I tried searching for the answer and it seems like some people have the same problem but that no one seems to be able to identify the course. There is a detailed erroro message that informs that the error occurred in the module "documents". However the word "documents" is a little too general to understand what it really is. Apparently the computer in question has been scanned for viruses so that is at least not the obvious answer. What is this module "documents"?
