Not being able to type on Club Penguin is called Ultimate Safe Chat. Your parents probably chose it for you when you made your Club Penguin account. The only way to change this would be to go to the Club Penguin parental controls. You can only do this is you have your parent's email address and password.

To typr your own phrases, questions, and answers in on Club Penguin, you need to go into a world without the chat bubbles beside the name of the world. When you get into the world, type in the blue bar down at the bottom of the Club Penguin screen.

How do you free type? Well, I know for a fact- I do! First, you go to ClubPenguin.com. Second, you go to Parents. Next, you go to Manage Accounts. Then, you go to the login.
