How do you get water balloons on Panfu?

first to get a water bomb you know where you type on panfu the bar on the right click the fist a list shod pop up with 3 pictures click the 1 that's red with water coming out but if the list does not come log off of panfu then log back on then click the Fiat once bye by:sangavi

Look at the box you use to chat. Well, to the right of that there is 4 icons:

You must go into throw, which is the second one to the right of the box you use to chat. So if you click throw you will see either a snow ball, or a water balloon depending on the weather in Panfu. At the moment, Panfu is covered in snow, so you will see a snow ball but that will eventually change. Anyway, click the snow ball or the water balloon, and you can use it and throw it at whoever you want!
