The method I would use if I could not do it myself would be to go to the local community college, go to the administration office and tell them you are looking for a student to scan images and put them on the internet for you. Every college has about 500 people that are responsible-type individuals that are fully capable of doing this and at a reasonable cost. Hope this helps.
