Well, actually it works in Windows XP, Vista, and 7. I don't know if any others are supported.Google is currently working on Chrome for Linux, also Mac OSX.
To access Google Chrome, you need Internet connection or some type of Wi-Fi. This is usually the case. If you know you have Wi-Fi, and it's still not allowing you to access, contact Google and tell them what's wrong.
You can visit the Google app store to know that. Google apps that are free do not charge money for them.

I know it's late, but Google Chrome has already released version 2. To update, click the wrench, go to "About Google Chrome" (it's near the bottom), and it will automatically search for updates. Hey! I use google chrome all the time but not now because some virus ate it lol. The best thing about it is that you don't have all of those boring toolbars and everything is easier and organized.Even tho i have internet explorer, mozilla firefox and google chrome and i know how to use them all i like google chrome best. SHORTER VERSION: Everything is more organized and its easier to use with no stupid toolbars. Happy? :D
Many people are waiting for this feature to be available on Google Chrome, but Google hasn't said anything about it yet. What you can do to suggest this feature is going to Options>>Tools>>Report an Issue. Now, let them know you'd like Pinch-to-Zoom (like Safari) to be available on Google Chrome.
