you make 2 text boxes. one with the color you want to border to be then you put the actaul text over the colored one and make it a little smaller so you can see the border.
you clik the hand or pencil and a box comes up,put text in and clik ok

Look on your tools and use the scrolling arrows to move it and you'll see a box with a pencil I think. If you DONT see it then that means you have a different version of piczo. I have a piczo that is old and has that and I have a piczo that doesn't have it.
Well one thing you can do it look for an HTML code for diffrent fonts that you want and then it paste is in a text box. Hope i helped!
To make the text box bigger in Premiere Pro, you can adjust the size by clicking and dragging the corners of the text box in the program's editing interface.

You can enable the text box in HTML using input tag. The input tag asks the input type and make it to Text.

Click the box and make sure the text in the box is not highlighted and then edit.
