To obtain the URL of a photo on Photobucket, first, navigate to the photo you want to share. You can't... photobucket is for uploading photo's if you want to have it in photobucket you will have to upload it.
It has to be on a website to have a url. If it's not, you can upload to photobucket and once it's in there copy the url then past it wherever you need it.

In Photobucket when you see the Quick Stats of a particular photo you can see the number of views but who viewed it cannot be known.
To copy and paste a picture from Photobucket to a forum, first, locate the image you want to share in your Photobucket account.
