Yes! you can play it on a iPad, iPhones and iPods are not the best devices to play it on but they do work! To do it search for Puffin Web Browser the App Store, Download it (Make sure its the Free Version) Then use it like you would Safari, Search it into Google, However, you can not play it using Safari as it does not have Adobe Flash Player with it but Puffin does! Another way to Sort of Play it is to Download the Puffle Launch App from the store (There is a free version but it only has like 5 levels, where as the paid one has 50!) then you can play Puffle Launch!
