Make sure it has a black background and change the wallpaper of the homescreen to black and open up iconproject click on the camera select the sicky note. Click on the T then type in what you want on the icon and make it so that the text fits in and then click create then it will give you options click on URL (Hompage) type something random like "hjdndnd" then create then create then add to homescreen
