To slow down a slideshow in Google Slides, you can adjust the transition timing between slides. Click on the "Transition" option in the toolbar, select the desired slide, and then set the "Duration" to a longer time (e.g., 5 seconds) for smoother transitions. Additionally, in "Present" mode, you can manually control the pace by clicking to advance slides at your preferred speed instead of using the automatic setting.
The results will show up in a spreadsheet.
If you go down to the bottom right hand corner you will see a button which says Slide Sorter. Click that and scroll down to the very last slide and click it. If you want to do it in a slide show, put the slide show on by clicking Slide Show at the top and then click From Beginning and right click on the slide show and scroll down to where it says Go to Slide and wait until a list of your slides come up and then scroll down to the last slide.
It is because the advanced features of Word are not displayed there. Google Docs is what they use to show it. Docs has not updated what is there in word.

To start a presentation in Slide Show view from slide 3, open your presentation in PowerPoint, then navigate to the slide you want to start from. Click on the "Slide Show" tab in the ribbon, and select "From Current Slide" (or right-click on slide 3 and choose "Start Slide Show from Current Slide"). This will launch the presentation beginning with slide 3.
