I have just figured it out. Right you go into the contacts screen next you right click(options) on the add a contact or anywhere on the cotact screen then you go on advanced finally you go on copy to sim then copy all contacts lightestdarkness

Mate you need to install the sony ericsson phone software to your computer and that will allow you to transfer your contacts to the computer.

Or If you don't want to install the software (SonyEricsson PC Suite), you can backup the contact to the Memory Stick:

Got to Menu >> Address Book >> Options >> Advanced >> Back to M.S. and click Yes. Here the phone contacts will be backed up on the Memory Stick.

Then connect your phone to your PC and copy the phone book/contacts files.

First, you should transfer all your contact information to Microsoft Outlook on a PC or Address Book or Entourage on a Mac.

Second, you can then sync your iPhone with your computer to get your contacts.
