You should not drink tap water in hotels because of cross contamination on the faucets. If the hotel rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned properly, you can get sick.

When I visit San Antonio, I prefer to stay at the O'Brien Historic Hotel. The rates are quite affordable and it's only half a block from the Riverwalk. This hotel is relatively small, with less than 40 beautifully decorated rooms. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, plush bathrobe and CD player in my room. I requested a room with a balcony, but none were available during my stay.

The rate of evaporation increases with higher temperatures, but there is no specific temperature at which water evaporates instantly.
