It is difficult to tell how many NEW websites are created each day. That is because there is always a number of new domains registered and expired, as well as a number of new hosting accounts purchased/cancelled. The hard part is that you can't tell if a person uploads his site just because he has a domain registered or if he has bought hosting.

A good site to tell the number of domains registered in the last 24 hrs is domaintools.com

Go to the site map, then to internet statistics, then to domain counts... That's the best I've been able to do so far...

Sadly the ICANN organization may release this information to you i would do some web Surfing at that link or contact major Domain Registars like Enom And Godaddy.
