You cannot get a Gmail account before you are 13. After 13 there is no issue getting one. The reason for account not creating must be the internet connection.
You can easily read your Gmail account. There is no issue in that lately. You must be experiencing breakage in your internet connection.
Clearly you can't, well you can but it is useless to send it since you can't access it, though you may be able to access your old account if you have a backup email for it so as to get your password. Though personally I recommend GMail.
No only Gmail lets you email from google you cant send messages from google chrome, but its possible to email large videos from Gmail!Hope you found this useful!
You can delete you Gmail account by Going to Google, Clicking on "Account Settings", Then Clicking on "Edit Services" and then Selecting, "Delete my account and all services associated with it".
You cannot able to change it.. When you write: "i agree for.." you agreed that your birthday date is correct and you wouldn't change it.. the only solution for this, it's opening a new account :/
Cancel your gmail account. That will stop the mail. Go into gmail and find the settings tab. On the menu should be a item for unsubscribing from the mail.
Gmail does not let you make an account, if you do not follow any rule. If you are 13 or below, you cant make. If you haven't checked the rules and regulations, the same goes.
You must be entering the wrong combination. Caps Lock might be on while inserting the password. There is no issue with mobile and desktop version.
