the ticket has and address on it and you should send you payment in the mail to that address or if there's a telephone number, you can pay with a credit card over the phone alot of times, you should also tell you friend about the ticket. if you don't pay it, a warrent could be release for your arrest for out standing and unpaid tickets.
The speeding ticket is a separate issue. If you don't have insurance you get done for driving without insurance, speeding or not.
A warrent for your arrest will be issued in Georgia, If you get pulled over in Georgia they might take u to jail for a few days or write u another ticket. As long as you don't go back to Georgia. "NOTHING HAPPENS"
