It sucks. I have it. They throttle you big time. And whenever you call them they run "diagnostics" that really don't do anything. Once they cannot figure out why you are not getting decent speeds they simply say that the internet is currently congested which may be why you do not have decent speeds. When you tell them you get the same speed whether 4am or 1pm or 7pm or whatever, they simply respond saying there must have been high traffic at that time... They advertise one thing and provide another. Don't go with them!
