No. Credible is a long reach. Credibility comes from substantiated facts and corroboration. Google search engine information is not cleared for its accuracy. Google does little if any quality control of their site for accuracy of information. For example, Google has a review process for merchants which anyone can post negative or positive, unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, false information about that company. If you read a positive or negative review about anything on Google, there is no way for you to know if it is true or not, so therefore the review process is an unknown mathematically speaking, that is, if you can't quantify the validity or value of the source, then it's value is unknown. I would say that Google is an incredible resource which can be a great tool for finding evidence which may lead to credible information.
