Um, i am not sure if Morse Code would be a good topic but it all depends on how interesting you make it. I advise you to put in some humor if you do decide to do it on Morse code. If you don't, do it on some thing you enjoy... your favorite hobby, sport, food, least favorite things... and if you can't think of one talk about speeches them self how much time you spent on trying to figure out a topic, if you like them or not, stuff like that. One year I did my speech on Emeralds and i was chosen to go to the gym, but i didn't go. I wish I did though I think that I would have done really well. Hope you figure it out. bye.
If it is a science speech, yes
a speech is good when the topic you've brought forward involves your audience and you present it in a simpler way as possible and lastly a speech is good when you understand your topic
A good speech topic is one that interests both you as the speaker and your audience. It should be relevant, timely, and have a clear purpose or message. Additionally, a good speech topic should be specific enough to be manageable within the time frame of the speech.
Speech of mother good
accomplishment speech
Truth is, Morse Code didn't effect society in a bad way and if it did...... There would be a good reason for it.
There are three different messages which are cycled. #1: Morse code takes forever. It sure does. #2: Does anyone out there know Morse code? Sorry. Use your radio. Yes, people are still chatting away in Morse code. Check out http://www.arrl.org #3: Why does anyone use Morse code anymore? Good question. It's cheap and efficient. It gets through in bad conditions. In fact some aviation beacons are in morse.
Black History is a good subject to create topics for a speech but it can't be a topic itself.
