Currently, it is not possible to add a photo with your questions.
The reason for this is mainly for safety online - to prevent people posting inappropriate images, such as pornography.
You can try to describe what your question is referring to. For example, if your question is about a car, describe the make, model and year of the car to get the best answer.
If it is really necessary, you could try adding a link to the image in the Related Links, but it will not appear with your question/answer until it is approved by a Supervisor (again, for safety online reasons).
Another thing you could try, is asking the Supervisor of the category relevant to your question by asking on their message board (or email if one is provided), giving a link to any necessary images.
