Not a scam as such but a quick Google will pull up plenty of complaints - if you're lucky enough to win a prize the chances of receiving it are virtually nil judging from the complaints I have read. Also from personal experience they never reply to emails. So not a scam in the strictest sense but a waste of time that will ultimately (should you win) leave you feeling tricked and disappointed.
