My friends play Mafia Wars but they are not showing up as part of your mafia What is the problem?
As well as being your 'friend' on facebook, they also need to join your mafia - so you will need to invite them (or ask them to invite you, if you have used all your invites up for today!)
To invite someone:
Go to 'My Mafia' and click on the Recruit box (if it doesn't take you there automatically)
Under 'Recruit' will be a box that lists the names of all the people who are your friends but who are not yet part of your mafia.
Click on each person you want to invite, and their names will drop into the box below.
Once you've selected everyone you want to invite, just Send the invitation.... once they accept, you should get a notification that they have now joined your mafia.
