On Club Penguin how do you get through Herberts tunnel?

The crab will accidently cut the map in half. Follow the map. One will land on the nightclub. Ignore it and go after the other one. It will land in a penguins newspaper. Get him a Pizza. Get the map. Take the map out of the newspaper and put it in your inventory. Go to the coffee shop. Clean up the cookies. Take a cookie and put it in your inventory. Go to the HQ, then the gadget room. Take that hat behind G(the one with the propeller) then go to the town. Give the hat to the puffle then the cookie. He will get the other piece of map. Put it in your inventory. Go to the dock and go down the hole. In the top left corner your map will be there click on it and follow the instructions.
