A company should start researching about what is in-demand to the current related industry of the country [if there exists such industry like yours] They will need to conform with the regulations and requirements that the country has for their specific industry or market and they will have to prove themselves to the country by abiding on such rules and regulations being imposed to them. After which they will have to earn their credibility. Other ways to get involved with international business is by partnering with local businesses in a country and creating a corporation where different businesses work together to gain a certain market value against its competitors.
