Answers.com gives definitions while Google gives you links. On Answers.com, you get 1 page with several different sources reliable sources with a definition of your search. There's no need to go to any other page for your results, it's all there.

As opposed to Google where you get a page with links. You can click on 1 read it, then go back to the results to click on another one. Lots of extra clicks and time taken to read one and you never know what you'll get.
