Google Buzz, which was integrated into Gmail, had several keyboard shortcuts to enhance user navigation. Some of the key shortcuts included "j" to move down to the next post, "k" to move up to the previous post, and "Enter" to expand a post for more details. To view all available shortcuts, users could press "Shift + ?". However, please note that Google Buzz was discontinued in 2011, so these shortcuts are no longer applicable.
Google has not provided such an option yet. Turning off keyboard shortcuts is not a feature yet.
