What continent has the best access to the Internet and what has the worst?

The internet was first created in the United States, and it still serves as the central core of the internet. North America has, by far, the most connections and largest connections to the rest of the world. In terms of population internet access, there are a number of individual countries outside North America where exceptionally high percentages of their population have internet access, but it is unlikely that any continent overall has a higher percentage population with internet access than North America.

As far as the worst connection, that depends on your definition of worst. The continent of Antarctica certainly has the smallest and worst total connection to the internet, however the entire population of Antarctica is no more than a handful of scientists who each generally have relatively large internet access. On the other hand Africa has a much larger overall connection to the internet, for a vastly larger population. Africa is quite likely the continent where they largest percentage of the population has no access to the internet at all.
