COM: Company ORG: Organization NET: Network GOV:Government
.com = commercial .net = network .org = organazation .gov = government
All of these are domains name: .edu, .gov, .com and .org.
dot com stands for commercial so everyone can get one where dot gov is a government run website. dot com is adsand stuff and dot gov is government stuff
Not necessarily. ".com" is the official suffix for commercial domains, not governments (they use the ".gov" suffix). However, a government could certainly purchase a ".com" domain.
.com= .commercial .org= .organization .gov= .government .net= .network
.com , .org , .edu , .gov
Yes
i have noooooooo i idea
.Gov tld domains cannot be purchased by ordinary organizations or person - only people from the government are allowed to operate these domains, I'm not sure but i think .gov has more importance in search results over .com such as Google.
do you mean .gov? gov stands for government..
dot gov (.gov) is the domain for most government outfits. dot com (.com) is for most everyone else, along with .net. Others you may see will be .edu (educational institutions), .org (non-profit organizations), .co.xx (where .co stands for country and .xx is the country abbreviation)
