It means "Someone I'm Following"
Thirst or thirstiness
Soif - meaning being thirsty. i.e. J'ai soif - I am thirsty (litterally "I have thirst") Nous aurons soif dans le désert - We will get thirsty in the desert. Keep in mind that "soif" also means "thirst" i.e. Bois de l'eau pour étancher ta soif - Drink water to apease your thirst.
Soif is an intelligent life form called Jay Soif. Can only be found deep in the heart of French territory. Apparently the only way you can get close to him is by carrying a laptop or desktop PC around that has XP and speakers and using MS Sam and type in Soif and have it on replay.
Est-ce que tu as soif? is an informal way of saying "Are you thirsty?"Est-ce que vous avez soif? is a formal way of asking.
Est-ce que tu as soif ? (singular informal) Avez-vous soif ? (formal or plural)
Perhaps a little practise at saying it in English first? "J'ai soif" if you really need to know...
