With more and more common people having access to internet, the whole world will be at their finger tips. What was once beyond the knowledge of common people, have become accessible to them. Nowadays a citizen can ventilate his/her grievances against any Government action through Twitter, which will be known to people of the whole world within a second, which authoritarian regimes may dislike it. The Government may enforce restrictions on net service providers what we have witnessed in our neighbouring country ,which is a direct infringement of personal freedom. On the contrary, there are cases of net abuses when the Government cannot remain a silent spectator. The relationship requires understanding each other's problems sympathetically and maintain a state of equilibrium.
