Google Lit Trips is a project I first developed as a Google Certified Teacher. The name of the project is an abbreviated form of "Google Earth-based Literary Trips whereby characters from great journey stories commonly taught in schools are tracked on Google Earth.
Though promoted heavily by Google, the project is not a Google product. (see disclaimer at the bottom of home page.
All Lit Trips are provided without cost as a service provided by GLT Global ED dba Google Lit Trips a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit.
