The lowest volume a phone can go to is vibrate.
$5 if you go into a telstra shop, 20$ anywhere else
it depends what type of phone you have. sometimes there is 2 buttons on the side, up for increasing volume as to down for decreasing volume. also try to go to phone settings than volume and than it will show you how to increase or decrease in volume. also sometimes you have to go to tone settings. as i said earlier it depends what type of phone you have. chewy_college@yahoo.com
depending on how high you have the volume you may or may not be able to hear your phone ring. if the volume is up high prepare to miss a lot of calls. If you want to hear your phone do not put the volume high and you should be good to go.

To turn up the call volume on an LG Optimus, press the volume up button on the side of the phone while in a call. Alternatively, you can go to "Settings," then "Sound," and adjust the "Call Volume" slider to your desired level. Make sure your phone is not in silent or vibrate mode for the changes to take effect.
