it depends what type of phone you have.
sometimes there is 2 buttons on the side, up for increasing volume as to down for decreasing volume.
also try to go to phone settings than volume and than it will show you how to increase or decrease in volume.
also sometimes you have to go to tone settings.
as i said earlier it depends what type of phone you have.

It needs the code. Call, your dealer. That has nothing to do with it. Got to a ford or mercury dealer and they will tell you they no nothing about it.
