It's called GodFather Point, it can be used for advance i game like buy skill point, buy member, regain full energy, stamina, and health.

You can buy that favor point or gain it for free 1 Godfather Point every two level. Sometimes Zynga Give Free GodFather point 1-5 GodFriend to the player for free

the answer is correct when i started playing it but now it's called a reward point.you can use them to do the same stuff but now you can use them to buy super good weapons.more then 50 attack!

This answer is dated on the weapon strength, however is correct in gist. IMO best way to spend is rebuilding for skill points through chop shop etc. or buying the 2rp energy pack in fight club every 8 hours
