To use an RSS feed in internet Explorer (IE), first, navigate to the website that offers the RSS feed. Look for the RSS icon or a link that indicates an RSS feed is available. Click on the link, and IE will display the feed's content; from there, you can click on the "Subscribe to this feed" option. Finally, follow the prompts to add the feed to your Favorites or feed reader for easy access to updates.

When in IE, click on the top bar where it says "Help", then form the list that comes up click on the item that begins "About ...".This will give you information on the version of IE that you are using.

Try using Mozilla Firefox - it is freely available via a google search. I had nothing but problem after problem with IE 6 and things got even worse in IE 7 ... Firefox has more safety features than IE, yet runs faster and is less finicky than IE.
