My favorite choice is the At&t Samsung Impression. It has a 3.2'' screen, a slide-out qwerty keyboard, and a 3 megapixel camera. Other people may believe that the LG Xenon is the best choice that but that is just there opinion. Overall I believe the Samsung Omnia Pro is the best phone with a qwerty keyboard and a touchsreen.
There are several places where an individual can purchase a Qwerty keyboard phone. Examples would include Best Buy, Amazon, Ebay, and service provider stores.
Absolutely the Samsung Reality...it requires the $9.99 data package but has a great touch screen and the slide out QWERTY keyboard is very convenient.
The Palm PRe Plus is the best reviewed Verizon Wireless phone. You can purchase it online or at a retailer like Best Buy. It really depends on what you are going to be using your phone for. If you are going to be using it for mostly texting, then you should get a phone with a qwerty keyboard. If you are going to be mostly using it as a phone, then you should check what the battery life is.
In my opinion, the best phone from Verizon that does not require a data plan is the lg cosmos touch. It is a touch screen slider with a qwerty keyboard, texting, games, mobile email, and many more awesome features. I don't have it yet, but I'm getting it as my upgrade this week.
The Blackberry Bold 9930 does feature a QWERTY keyboard. The QWERTY keyboard on this Blackberry is said to be very nice and user friendly. You get the benefits of the full keyboard but it also has a touch screen. So, you get the best of both worlds.
The enV (currently enV3) fits your criteria. It flips open sideways and has a full qwerty keyboard. It also has a traditional keypad (with T9 functionality) on the front when not flipped open, although this has a small screen and is more cumbersome than a typical 12-button keypad phone because the phone's design assumes you'll use the qwerty keypad for most texting. I don't know other Verizon texting phones. i have the alias and I LOVE it i love the first generation better though! Some good phones are The razzle and the Rival. Both have QWERTY key boards and are the most legendary phones evAr
Yes I have the Envy Touch and it is a very very good phone. It is the best texting phone I have ever had. The touch screen isn't that incredible but has some very nice features and I like it. The QWERTY keyboard is exactly how I like it with a Space Bar under the letters instead of on the right of them like on the Voyager. I say the phone is overall great.

Windows Phone, iPhone, or Samsung Android.
This is only the bare basic review!!!I say the enV3. I have a LG Cosmos though. All my friends have it and they say it's the best. The LG Cosmos doesn't hold music or record videos, while the enV3 can (but if you go on the internet, there are some ways to download on the LG). And the Lg Cosmos can easily get scratched. To simplify:LG Cosmos- A great first phone because it is simple to use. With a QWERTY keyboard, it makes a good texting phone. And you can personalize it too (of course).LG EnV3-A great phone for any person! It has a easy to use QWERTY keyboard. It CAN download music and take videos.
A good cell phone is the Verizon Wireless VX 9900. It has a front screen with numbers and it flips open sideways and has a full qwerty texting keyboard. It is also very durable, so if you drop your phone alot this is a good phone for you because it doesn't break easily.
