Australian mobile numbers start with 04, which becomes +61 4 in international format.
(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
by ringing is mobile
This means you are calling someones' mobile from your own mobile.
yes it does. only if it has a sim in it. if there is no sim card then the mobile calling facility will not work....
You have to buy them by either using paypal your mobile phone or ringing on your house phoneit is cheapest to use your mobile :P
If you are ringing from the USA or Canada, dial the same number as normal. The network will locate the phone - you are not expected to guess where in the world the mobile phone is currently! From the rest of the world, prefix the number with the USA country code +1
In the same exact manner as you do when the mobile phone is on ringing mode.
how to get address on persons mobile number
Replace the leading 0 of the Australian number with 00 61, or with +61 from a mobile.
Regular calling Number from your mobile
Replace the 0 at the beginning of the UK telephone number (landline or mobile) with 00 44. For example, 07700 900123 becomes 00 44 7700 900123.
I would not say that the system has been hacked but on mobile phones the 'Ringing' noise or tone is generated by the mobile that is being called. This can usually be changed to music or a "a tape being rewound and then a breathing sound". This is likely to have been your mothers choice but if not I would recomend calling the network operator.
