Not sure what you mean. If you're asking what software is needed to get on the internet it would depend on what hardware you have attached to your machine and what ISP you're using. If you have an ethernet cable then you would need to install the software that comes with it.

You should also specify if this is from a home or office. Is there an existing service already connected?

If you have a wireless adapter (hardware) then you will need another hardware piece such as a wireless card installed in your pc - the software you would need will come from the adapter as well as the card.

But none of these will work unless you actually have an internet service provider so please be more specific with your question. Are you trying to get on the internet from a place that already has internet service? Or are you asking how to get service?

usually the only software you need is an internet card and and internet application. I would suggest getting Mozilla Firefox although your computer might already have internet explorer
