Hi i am renovating my living room and nearly finally there but unsure whether to have my tv unit at an angle and have the tv on top. Or have it so the unit is against the wall and have the tv mounted on an angle? Please help! Supporting pic below
In a remote area.
If you subscribe and have an analog TIVO unit, it should.
You will need airvents so the unit will not overheat. But if you put small computer fans that work with the vents you should avoid most condensation issues. You could also just go out and by a Sunbrite or other outdoor tv.
This sounds like the type of connections you might find on the back of a VCR or a DVD player. The TV IN should be where you connect the antenna and the TV OUT would be where you connect the coaxial cable to the TV sets antenna input. When the unit is in the play mode it sends it's picture and sound out on a TV channel. Channels 3 and 4 are the most common. Play a tape or disc and then put the TV on channel 3 or 4 and see if you don't get a picture. Stopping the unit and turning the power OFF should switch the TV back to it's own tuner. Changing channels on the TV should produce the stations from your TV antenna.
Prior to attempting to fix a broken TV DVD you should ascertain if the unit is still covered by a manufactures warranty. If yes contact the manufacture who will detail the steps required to having the unit repaired. If out of warranty the manufacture can assist you in repairs of the unit.
First, check if it is plugged into the wall outlet.
Yes, you should put a space between a number and its unit when writing measurements.
Because you don't break it that way if you are moving away
Just put it out on the curb with a piece of paper on it saying, `FREE'. That should do it.
