Google "perry the platypus tumblr theme".
No, but you can find a Tumblr theme on Google.
You can use any Tumblr theme for this, you just have to edit the colours yourself. When you put in a new HTML code for any theme press Save after and then refresh your page. Your colour canging boxes shall then come up.
To do this, you need to visit the website in Related Links, then scroll down until you find the filter category then click "set all to 0" then choose your pony sprite by scrolling it down, then scroll up again then find the code and copy it, then go to your tumblr blog that you want to put your pony sprite in, click "customize" and click "edit html" and scroll down until you reach the end..and put your pony sprite beside this <html> then click update preview and save.
From your Dashboard click on Link and enter the details plus the URL of the Tumblr you wish to link to. This gives you a post with the link included. To add a permanent link you need to find a template / theme which supports the addition of links and text in the sidebars which can then be added to by entering the details on the dashboard / theme page.

TUMBLR!!!
You need to learn basic HTML. I recommend that you use a dashboard theme that someone already created because it's really hard to make one by yourself. Log and go to your profile. On the top left side of the screen you will find the tab of custom theme.
To add background music on Tumblr, first, find the audio file you want to use and ensure it's hosted online (like on SoundCloud or a similar service). Then, go to your Tumblr dashboard, click on "Edit appearance," and choose "Edit theme." In the theme customization options, look for an "Add a custom HTML" or "Edit HTML" section, and insert the appropriate <audio> tag or an embed code for your music file. Save your changes, and your background music should start playing on your blog.
