Removing the slide:Remove the magazine and put the striker in the fired position. While holding the latch up, push the slide back about .5 to .75 of an inch until it engages the striker guide on the inside.Keeping the latch engaged to the striker guide inside, let the slide come forward about .25 of an inch. This disengages the striker guide from its latch on the frame.Lift the rear of the slide up and you can remove it in a forward direction. Be careful not to loose the striker guide as it may pop off its spring.*Be aware that RG firearms, especially this pistol are notoriously bad quality. The slide has a tendency to crack, break, and fly off when firing.
To reassemble a RG10 .22 pistol, start by ensuring the pistol is unloaded and the magazine is removed. Insert the barrel into the frame, aligning the locking lugs properly. Next, slide the slide into place, ensuring it locks onto the frame. Finally, reinsert the recoil spring and guide rod, ensuring everything is properly aligned before testing the function of the mechanism. Always refer to the manufacturer's manual for specific guidance and safety checks.
To disassemble a standard M1911A1 (no full-length guide rod), first press the magazine release and drop the magazine. Then pull the slide all the way back to ensure that the chamber is empty. Allow the slide to return to battery. Push down on the recoil spring plug and turn the barrel bushing to the side and remove the recoil spring. Push the slide back until the takedown notch is in line with the back of the slide release. Push the slide release out from the right side of the pistol. Now push the slide forward until it comes off of the frame. Now rotate the barrel bushing until it comes out of the slide. Push the barrel forward until it comes out of the slide. Your 1911 is now field stripped. To reassemble it, reverse these steps.

There is a walkthrough for this on Genvibe.com. If you can't find it, just post the question there and someone will guide you to the right spot. They are very helpful!
It sounds like you need repairs done to a pistol. Recommend contacting the Browning Service Dept. at the link below. They will guide you as to the best way to get your gun repaired.
That battery is not easy to get to you'll have to almost completely disassemble the unit to get to it. See the related link to download the service guide the look in the index for RTC battery replacement.
IDK for sure but i found one in the traders guide for $125. The description said its a JC Higgins, 22 cal pistol, Model88, 4 and a half inch barrel with holster for $125.
Periodicaly they are the original manuals offered on e bay. Put in a search on that site. Also look on gun broker.com and other gun sites. Consult a "Radocy" takedown guide. A guide is available for a couple of dollars at www.takedownguides.com . It is worth its weight in gold, I completely disassembled and reassembled the 1148 for cleaning after owning it for a day or two with this guide.
Google Alliant Powder on first page click on VIEW THE GUIDE there is the list for reloading.
Impossible to answer without a detailed description of ALL markings. Hereter's had various makers make the weapons they "branded" with their name.
