South America - Bust Some Bunkers - Loot Chance
It's the mission Bust Some Bunkers on in South America. I had to search for this too before. Good luck!
AK-47's are not issued in the US Military. -------------- Special forces soldiers are trained with almost all foreign weapons, including the modern Russian version of the AK-47. -------------- You don't necessarily have to be in a special ops unit to train with foreign weapons. Most soldiers deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan have trained on the AKM or a variant thereof, as well as other commonly encountered weapons in Iraq, as well as those of other coalition forces.
C4 is located in the mission "Track the Transmitters", AK-47's are located in the mission "Bust some bunkers".
The AK-74M is standard, with some older variants of the AK-74 still in service. Select units use the AK-103 (which is a somewhat updated version of the AKM/AK-47). Spetznaz and other special operations forces use the AN-94, while the AKS-74U and AK-105 are also in use both with special operations units and certain police units.

The "47" in "AK-47", refers to the weapons date of Patton (1947).
