Telephone country code +1 (dialed as 00 1 from many places) is North America, including the USA, Canada, and some of the islands in/near the Caribbean. To narrow down the location, you need the following three digits (i.e., one more digit):

  • +1 320 = St. Cloud, MN, USA
  • +1 321 = Orlando/Cape Canaveral, FL, USA
  • +1 323 = Los Angeles (outer downtown), CA, USA
  • +1 325 = Abilene/San Angelo, TX, USA
  • +1 327 = (assigned for Arkansas, but postponed indefinitely)

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
