Country code +1 is North America (USA, Canada, etc.), but you need the three-digit area code (i.e., +1 51X) to be more specific than that. See the related link.

  • +1 510 = Oakland, CA, USA
  • +1 512 = Austin, TX, USA
  • +1 513 = Cincinnati, OH, USA
  • +1 514 = Montreal, QC, Canada
  • +1 515 = Des Moines, IA, USA
  • +1 516 = Nassau County, Long Island, NY, USA
  • +1 517 = Lansing, MI, USA
  • +1 518 = Albany, NY, USA
  • +1 519 = London/Windsor, ON, Canada

Some Vodafone mobiles in Egypt used to be in +20 151, but those numbers were moved to +20 101.

Some mobile numbers in Germany begin with +49 151.

Some mobile numbers in China begin with +86 151.

Landline numbers in Liverpool, England, begin with +44 151.

There are many other countries where 151 may be a valid area code or prefix for landlines and/or mobiles.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
No such code, although +1 is for North America.
