First click the map in the lower left of your game screen (or the Club Penguin window). Then more towards the upper right you will see a building with a brown roof. Click it. Then you will appear in front of a large building that looks like a pagoda. Walk inside the door closest to you. You will appear in a room with 4 blue mats on the ground. On the far right side there is a sign that says "Card-Jitsu" and under it a green pillow. Move your mouse over the pillow and a grey penguin will appear. Click and walk over to him. You will begin talking to him and he will explain how to play. Have fun on your ninja journey!
