well when there is a puffle party the puffle handler in online.she likes to visit different types of servers.when you need help to adopt your puffles,she is the one who is made on the screen.the puffle handler's clothes can't be seen around club penguin because the clothes are not available in the catalog.to find PUFFLE HANDLER,you have to go on the puffle party.visit each and every sever on Club Penguin.she is usaly in the pet shop or in the puffle play zone.when you find the puffle handler,click on her to add her as a friend.well in the old times there was an option but there is no option now.but you can still get her wallpaper by clicking on the box and get her wallpaper.don't crowd her because then other penguins can not be able to find her.she is a brown penguin with 2 ponies and an adventure suit.she also wears a brown hat.once you find her,you will also get a stamp which will say 'being in the same room as PH'
