I'm not sure what you're looking for specifically..."XT9" could mean the text prediction/correction system on touch keyboards, or the model variants of RAZR's that are XT9-- (ex: XT910, XT912, etc.).
If you're looking for something related to the keyboard, then XT9 includes stylus support, covers various applications (browsers, SMS, email, tasks/notes, calendar, etc.), and supports a large number of languages. To make changes, you would go to Settings>Personal (Language & Input)>Keyboard & Input Methods>Default (whichever keyboard you choose), then go to Set Up Input Methods.
