A wrench icon appears on your cars dash when the engine needs attention.
Go to the wrench Icon on the upper right corner where you can manage your settings all by default ..
Click on the wrench icon (in the upper right of the screen) and then click on "History". That should get you there.
You can find that in the extensions window. The window will be there in more tools in settings.
"When using Chrome, click the wrench icon in the top right corner. Once there there are several functions you can perform such a zoom, print and search options."
That little wrench icon is notifying you that scheduled maintenance is due.
It means your engine needs attention.
Perhaps it needs the application of a wrench in the hands of a knowledgeable person. Or just a blow with a wrench by your average idiot.
It's an image that appears on dash when engine has a problem.

The wrench icon on the dashboard of a 2006 Honda Odyssey indicates that it's time for maintenance. To remove the icon, you need to reset the maintenance light. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position (without starting the engine), then press the gas pedal three times within five seconds. Finally, turn the ignition off, and the wrench icon should disappear when you start the vehicle again.
Not 100% sure but it sounds like it's a check engine or service soon warning light.
