Yes this is TRUE. Sounds like a good discrimination case to me. It was also reported as of just recently that Chris Mentillo was going to seek legal action as a result of different editors constantly getting deleted from Wikipedia administrators, for no good reason. They now also have proof of a hacker (a Wikipedia administrator) involved with much of the unnecessary deletion process. This reported hacker was traced back to not one, but several administrators who would possibly be responsible for destruction and invasion of privacy rights and could be liable individually apart from the company itself. Not good to mess with the doc. He his renown for winning cases, and rightfully so, as he goes to court for something or other every other month --no joke.
