Well, they don't have toilet paper. They have to clean themselves somehow. If they don't they will have dingleberries and that is an ugly not to mention SMELLY thing for your pets to have. I have a cat and he "scoots" as we call it he sits and drags himself across the floor haha it's actually pretty funny! My parents hate it! Well, my dad thinks it's funny my mom yells at the cat. If they don't clean themselves then they will smell and become verry dirty! Normally just to clean themselves or remove ordors. They will also do this a lot when they are irritated or are in pain.
