New questions are still displayed as they come in. If you are watching a category, the new questions are still sent to the e-mail address you put on record.
Not really as there are chatrooms and dating websites for that kind of use. But I suppose if 2 people continually wrote on each others boards you wouldn't be stopped.
Yes, AgentX stopped by on September 25, 2007 to answer one question. He/She has been pretty busy lately though, as that is all they had time for and He/She has not answered any other questions.
Probably a long time, but thankfully questions can be edited as well as answers so even a casual contributor can help to repair question wording, and make answerable questions out of unanswerable ones.
There is not an Arabic site for WikiAnswers. We have currently stopped development of foreign language sites. This does not mean it will not be possible in the future, but for now it is not in the plans.

There have been a few that have stopped by, yes. However, there are none that hang out here a lot and answer questions. If someone tells you that they are famous while they are talking to you on your message board, please don't believe them. We have lots of fanboys pretending to be famous people here, and answering questions as though they were someone else. We usually find them and make them stop... but just be careful, because it happens.
